As motorcycle accident injury attorneys, we work on a contingent fee basis. That means that we won’t take an attorney fee until we win for you.

As a motorcycle rider, you are more likely to be severely injured in an accident than a passenger in a 4-wheel vehicle.

There is a common misconception by both automobile drivers and insurance companies that motorcycle accident victims are at least in part at fault for their injuries.

Just because you’re a motorcycle rider, you just might have a higher hill to climb to get paid than the driver of a car or truck.

In 2016 alone, there were 88,000 injuries and 5,209 deaths related to motorcycles. Statistics like these only increase the misconception by both motor vehicle drivers and insurance companies that motorcycle riders are at least in part at fault for their injuries.

Don’t take the risk of dealing with insurance companies on your own or with an inexperienced law firm.

We have handled just as many minor motorcycle crash injury cases as we have death and serious injury cases over the last 35+ years in practice. Whether you’ve suffered broken bones, a head injury, or you’re calling because of the wrongful death of a loved one, we’ve seen it and are ready to help.

How Long does it take to process my motorcycle accident claim?

This is a typical question we address in our first meeting with a client.

That first answer likely will not be a time frame measured in days, weeks, or months. Rather, it will be measured in stages of a case. For example, if a biker is in the hospital when he or she hires a lawyer, he or she may be in a prolonged period of recovery with continuing medical expenses, lost income, and pain and suffering. The value of a case cannot be determined without knowing how much the medical bills will be, how much lost income is incurred, whether there will be permanent injury and future ongoing treatment, and how painful of a recovery period.

If the client has finished treatment then the medical bills and records must be collected by your motorcycle accident attorney and reviewed. Lost income records must be collected. Also, permanent injury value must be determined before a total value can be considered. This evaluation process may take many weeks depending on how quickly medical providers and employers submit their records and how complicated the medical issues are to present in a demand package to the insurance company.

Will your Motorcycle Accident Lawyers help me get top dollar for my motorcycle?

The answer is, no. Here is why.

Generally, it would cost more for a motorcycle accident lawyer to represent you than you would get for the bike. Economically, it just does not make sense to hire a lawyer for the property damage. Garrison Law Firm can make a huge difference for you in your personal injury claim value but not for your property damage claim. The bike is worth what it is worth in a value book – we want you to be happy with the total result and that means you processing your property damage claim on your own. We’re happy to offer some helpful advise for that process while representing you for your injury claim.
