Greg Garrison

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Garrison was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1973. His undergraduate and law degrees were obtained from Indiana University in 1970 and 1973 respectively.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Garrison has sat on both sides of the courtroom, and has prosecuted a number of high profile criminal cases. Currently, his practice is concentrated on personal injury law, business and commercial trial work and general litigation.  In addition, he is a radio talk show host.

Mr. Garrison was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1983.  His degrees in business and law were obtained from Indiana University in 1980 and 1983 respectively. 

Mr. Garrison concentrates his law practice in the area of personal injury claims from accidents, defective products, dangerous property conditions (slip and falls), animal attacks, poisonings, and employment injuries caused by someone other than the employer or co-worker.

Ms. McDermott was born in Flint, Michigan and was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1995.  Her undergraduate degree was obtained from the University of Iowa in 1992 and her law degree from Indiana University in 1995.

Ms. McDermott practices in the areas of creditors’ rights and family law.

Mr. Seiter was born in Midland, Michigan.  His degree in Criminal Justice was obtained from Western Michigan University in 1992, and his law degree from Indiana University in 1998. 

Mr. Seiter is of counsel with Garrison Law Firm, and represents clients charged with crimes including: misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile law and traffic offenses. He handles civil litigation for individuals and small businesses including contracts, torts, and consumer transactions.

Mr. Seiter is a licensed sports agent and partner in Trifekta Sports Management, LLC.   Mr. Seiter is a Major in the Judge Advocate Corps of the United States Army Reserves with over 19 years of military experience and one tour of duty in Iraq.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mr. Taylor was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 2006. His undergraduate degree was obtained from Indiana University in 2002 and his law degree from Indiana University in 2006. He previously worked as a deputy prosecutor in Hamilton County before joining Garrison Law Firm in 2009 as an associate.

Mr. Taylor works in the areas of criminal law including: misdemeanors, felonies, juvenile law and traffic offenses; he also practices family law.

Mr. Hill was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was admitted to the bar in 1997. His undergraduate degree was obtained from St. Louis University and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Detroit, Michigan in 1997.

He joined Garrison Law firm in 2010 and has concentrated his practice in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, personal injury, sports and entertainment representation. Mr. Hill has litigation experience in both state and federal courts. He also represents personalities in the areas of motor sports (IndyCar series), football (AFL), basketball (WNBA), baseball, boxing and music industries.
